This month we are talking about weight and time management.
Let’s face it, limiting beliefs cause overeating and over scheduling, causing physical health issues and emotional overwhelming burnout. It’s time to move beyond denial and accept how trauma and ritualized behaviors cause health problems in our lives daily and long term. Let’s gain insight into these behaviors from each other in a safe space and stop saying, “I don’t like how I look”, or “why do I keep over scheduling” without leaving time for myself and loved ones.
