The Chronic Pain Wellbeing Group gathering was held on February 25, 2017. Topics discussed ranged from how to identify positive stress and manage negative stress to relieve anxiety exacerbating chronic pain. Moreover, they explored when anxiety is not relevant to here-and-now thinking. They searched for ways to resolve and identify life conflicts.
Dr. Mimi McLaughlin of McLaughlin Family Chiropractic visited the group and shared how having a wellness attitude impacts lives to heal.
