We explore when anxiety is not relevant to here-and-now thinking and search for ways to resolve and identify life conflicts. Side effects of chronic pain and trauma include depression, anxiety, eating disorders, anger management issues, chemical dependency, family conflicts, couples conflicts, sexual dysfunction, obsessive-compulsive disorders, agoraphobia, sleep disturbance, suicidal ideation, and post-traumatic stress disorders.
Our goal is for you to learn how to identify positive stress and manage negative stress to relieve anxiety exacerbating chronic pain.
